When a candidate becomes an employee a legal relationship arises between employer and employee. This relationship is based on laws and regulations that change regularly. It is difficult to keep up on the changes and to implement it in practice. Due to my many years of experience I can advise on personnel issues and I can take of the work. Think about work that involves the appointment of staff such as the preparation of employment contracts or advise regarding sick employees (Wet Poortwachter), performance of employees and practical problems with employees.
Every employers has to deal with termination of the employment contract. This may be because of a contract that is not renewed or because an employee is continuing his career elsewhere, but it also may be due to a disagreement, a dysfunctional employee or dissatisfaction. For resignation you can ask for legal advice about legislation to a lawyer, but it does not advise on the human part. Laws are black and white, but people are all but. The termination of the employment contract varies in approach, depending on the situation which option is most appropriate. In this regards I can advise and possibly support the implementation with an eye for both the legal as the human side.

Need HR strategy? In consultation with board/ management an HR strategy can be developed for the coming 1 to 3 years. A potentially less experienced HR Advisor or HR assistant can continue with this strategy as guide.
